FAQs

How much do you charge for cookies?

Do you make cookies for those with food allergies?

We can use a 1-1 gluten-free flour substitute, plant-based butter and/or egg substitute. We clean our kitchen according to the Nation Celiac Association guidelines, but do not have dedicated gluten-free equipment or space. There is a price increase for the use of these ingredients due to our cost.

Is packaging extra?

A box lined with crinkle cut paper to hold the individually sealed cookies is provided with each order. Custom packaging for special events is available for an added charge.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We deliver free of charge to customers in Flagler, St. John’s, and Volusia counties in Florida. Shipping charges based on size, weight, and distance will be added to your invoice if you live outside that area.

How long do the cookies stay fresh?

Each cookie is individually sealed to remain fresh for 2-3 weeks on the counter and up to 6 month in the freezer.

Where do you get your cookie cutters?

We design and print our cookies cutters. We can make any shape you have in mind.

How do I order cookies?

Submit an inquiry on the bakery website. Please include detailed information about size, amounts, design, and date needed so we can draw up a proposal for your order.

How far in advance do I need to order?

Please order at least three weeks before your event or occasion. We only accept a certain number of orders each month for custom cookies. Submit your requests early to reserve a spot on our baking schedule.

What types of regulations are in place for home bakers?

I abide by Florida's Cottage Food regulations. You can learn more about that here.
